The Place Where Creation Begins: The Heart
The Place Where Creation Begins: The Heart
Most of us have likely wondered, "Which of our organs was created first?" To answer this question, one must first re-examine the Quran-i Hakim, which consists of the Creator's words. As someone who has read the Quran from beginning to end multiple times, I can say that the emphasis is predominantly placed on the heart. For instance, there is a concept suggesting that "the human heart is superior to the seven universes."
Furthermore, another verse contains expressions that can be interpreted as the soul being in the Elest Bezmi (the primordial covenant).
Today, we all know that broadcasts like TV and radio are made via magnetic connections. Similarly, while the act of creation occurs, we can think of our soul being kept hidden in the Elest Bezmi, connected to the heart in our body through magnetic waves. Additionally, another verse states, "Allah is closer to His servant than their jugular vein." This implies that we, as humans, do not consist merely of a physical body; we are actually part of a much larger existence. In this context, we represent our soul in a real sense.
In other words, each of us is tangibly hidden in the Elest Bezmi but continues our life under the boundaries of a physical body in this world.
So, what do you think provides the link between our body and our soul? Undoubtedly, our soul is connected to our heart, and we cannot perceive this bond. Our true bodies also reside in the Elest Bezmi, where our soul is kept. I have actually recorded a video regarding this topic; those who wish to watch it can access it via this link: https://youtu.be/qqxXAhXoid8. But let us return to our main subject.
Essentially, our soul and our heart are connected by an invisible bond. From this perspective, it is not our mind that governs us, but our heart. In other words, our soul in the Elest governs us through our heart. That is why we cannot always control what we think. The decision is actually made by our soul, which resides in the Elest Bezmi. However, the entity it connects with in this world is the heart itself. Through this path, biologically and to the extent of our heart's power, our soul controls our mind.
To explain further—without drifting from the subject—how Allah is closer to us than our jugular vein: essentially, in terms of existence, we are our soul. Therefore, Allah is closer to our soul in the Elest Bezmi than He is to our jugular vein in this world. Moreover, Allah stated this so that we would not think we are alone. Because, as I wrote in my previous blog posts, if we think we are alone, we live only for ourselves, perceiving life merely as a way to pass the time. This absorbs all our vital energy and leaves us feeling helpless.
In truth, Allah aims to provide us with a zest for life in the Quran, and it should be interpreted as such. I could not explain Allah's love for His servants more clearly. I hope this is understood.
