Perfect Proportionality in the Universe and Its Reflections

It must have crossed our minds: “How can all these beings in our universe exist in synchronized states in such an extraordinary order, much like the inseparable parts of a whole like the proton and neutron in an atomic nucleus? Why do the golden ratio—the symbol of perfection—and the number Pi used in algebraic equations become the focal point of life rather than just being 'one of the numbers'? What is the reason for the Creator making these numbers such focal points? Why do all our perceptions code appearances approaching the golden ratio as 'beautiful'? Why doesn't any of us have the power to change this perception?”

Let's look for answers to these questions together:

In some of my previous blog posts, I mentioned that each of the Multiverses is actually a software. Since the Lord created these software systems, there is a possibility that He made different initial value assignments in each of them. The "default value" of the universe we inhabit may very well be the golden ratio. Likewise, we can think of other mathematical constants as default values for their respective fields. In the Quran, verses such as “Do you not use your intellect?” or “Do you not think?” often appear. While absolute knowledge belongs only to Allah, my view is that different constants serving as touchstones for everything in their fields is one of the most significant proofs that they were created by a single Creator.

It is possible for some to think: “What if one of the polytheistic religions is true and the responsibility of creation was divided as a labor?” but this hypothesis is self-refuting; I can explain the details to those who are curious. In short, we elevate the uniqueness of the Creator to absolutism from here.

So, are the Christians—whose numbers approach 5 billion worldwide—making the attribution of 'adopting a son' to God because they cannot make this inference? One should ask them, but my summary is this: “Friends, use your intellect a bit; stop seeking sanctity while claiming to do science. You might be searching for the value you couldn't find in real life within a dream world, but life is right here in the world.”

In this context, the Unity (Vahdet) of the Creator is absolute. Therefore, we can easily say that Islam is the most consistent and comprehensive religion among those that defend the uniqueness of the Creator today. Anyway, let's get back to our topic.

If humans use different ratios as constants in various fields, this is a process originating from the source code of our universe. Considering the unity of the Creator, we can infer that He uses different proportional constants in every universe within the Multiverse for the sake of uniqueness. This allows us to better perceive how small and humble we are in the grand scheme of the Multiverse. When we discover our own smallness, our capacity for admiration increases, allowing us to examine every creation with wonder. The formula for achieving all of this at once is to remain anchored in the Quran and the Sunnah. There cannot be a more sufficient guide.

My suggestion to those who haven't read it: Open the Quran, read it in a language you can understand, and internalize it. Do this.
